What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Assist patients via telephone and other modalities as part of the Virtual Care Support team
• Collect health information, vitals, and other relevant health history to share with the care team
• Provide health care support services for both adult and pediatric patients
• Coordinate general patient care to address all patient needs
• Manage calls and correspondence related to pharmacy, lab, referrals, and other inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must have National License/Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a primary care setting
• Must be tech-savvy
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively within a team
