Responsibilities
? Develop an account level strategy targeting opportunities for assigned client.

? Implement revenue growth strategies to drive incremental revenue through increased meetings and premium product revenue.

? Research the marketplace and competitor products to highlight the value of Amex GBT products.
,
? Drive strategies to increase revenue and customer behavior at a scalable level.
,
? Build, maintain, and expand relationships with internal business partners across the B2B organization.
,
? Lead business planning, quarterly and annual reviews, and pricing strategies for strategic accounts.
,
? Ensure sourcing managers and meeting managers meet/exceed client expectations and SLAs.
,
? Contribute to content development for client innovation forums and support agenda ideas.
,
? Lead global efforts for assigned clients, guiding regional market leads to support client goals.
,
? Identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to grow profitability.
,
? Develop creative pricing strategies and contribute to ongoing client P&L management.

Requirements
? Experience in M&E Operations, including SOP creation and meeting technology knowledge (Cvent).

? Deep global M&E subject matter expertise with a track record of driving growth and leading service-focused operations.

? Experience handling a P&L.
