- Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Dispatcher to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently...Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide information about products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Dispatching roadside assistance to customers
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Utilize phone systems and various software applications effectively Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle Transportation Management, GPS, SyteLine, 3PL, AS400, and other relevant software systems
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
