• Cable/Fiber internet connection with minimum speed requirements
• Ability to manage high call volume
• Desire to exceed customer service expectations
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous call center experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
