What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
? Utilize booking platforms and travel management systems to schedule and confirm travel plans accurately and efficiently
? Communicate with clients to gather preferences, provide itinerary options, and address any questions or concerns
? Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other vendors to secure reservations and negotiate rates
? Handle cancellations, refunds, and changes to travel plans in a timely and professional manner
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Previous experience in travel coordination, scheduling, or related roles
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach
? Proficiency in using booking systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications
? Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with team members across different locations
